About our Pastry Chef

Brenna Waibel, a graduate of New England Culinary Institute's Baking and Pastry program, has a passion for working with food. She has lived and worked all over Vermont and New England. She worked in Boston at Sel de la Terre before returning to Vermont where she worked as the Executive Pastry Chef at the Stoweflake Mountain Resort and Spa. Her experience includes artisan breads, fine plated desserts, a la carte pastries, culinary competition, and sugar and chocolate sculpture work. She uses as many local and organic products as possible.
