We know that most freestanding restaurants can not afford to employ a full time pastry chef. We also know that many purveyors provide inferior and incomplete pastries and desserts. Bake offers the best of both worlds. We give you Pastry Chef created desserts, made fresh daily and locally, with out the cost of employing a Pastry Chef. We can work with you to decide a menu that works for your restaurant. We deliver Tuesday, Thursday, an Saturday. Restaurants can order only the main components of a plated dessert or the entire dessert composition including main components, sauces, sub components and garnish. We also sell whole cakes. We will work with chefs to set up a delivery schedule based on the demand of the restaurant. Also we can personalize the desserts for each restaurant, something large mass-produced dessert companies can not offer.
